Gays, Lesbians And Transsexuals Are One Of The Most Well-Protected Species On Earth

Late one night in the late 1980s or early 1990s, I was returning home from my favorite watering hole when I walked upon this scene involving one of my neighbors -- who happened to be homosexual and who was also a friend of mine -- being viciously beaten up by his live-in boyfriend. Quickly, I jumped to action, pulled the boyfriend off of my friend and chased him away. My neighbor’s face was badly bloodied and both his eyes were swollen shut. I had to call 9-1-1.

On another night not so very long ago, I was riding on a subway car when this flamboyant drag queen suddenly and loudly shouted at an elderly man, “What in the f . . k are you staring at you old mother f . . ker”? Then, in no time, the drag queen pounced on the man and started pummeling him. Fortunately, several other passengers and I interceded and dragged the drag queen (pun intended) away from the man.

Due to the fact that I live in the Manhattan borough of New York City and frequently visit my hometown, Los Angeles (two cities with sizable concentrations of “openly-gay” people), I have witnessed numerous incidents similar to the two above. Over the years, going all the way back to my childhood, I have seen and heard of such incidents as a gang of homosexual men stomping and kicking the day lights out of another homosexual man, a masculine lesbian slapping around her girlfriend, a homosexual man stalking and harassing a former lover, a homosexual prostitute robbing a “john” at knife point, a burly drag queen resisting arrest and tossing police officers around like they were rag dolls, and I could on … and on.

Now, with all of that said, there is one thing that mystifies me. I will begin explaining what that is by informing you that I am what is frequently described as a news junkie, in that I watch, listen to and read the news at least 12 hours a day and seven days a week. As a matter of fact, when I am writing, either a radio or TV news program is playing in the background, keeping me company.

Yes, I really do stay abreast of current events; however, I hardly ever hear, see or read any “bad news” involving homosexuals. I, and millions of others, are fed a steady diet of such "bad news" as male blacks committing forcible rapes, husbands murdering their wives and wives murdering their husbands, women neglecting, abusing and abandoning their children, neo-NAZIs vandalizing Jewish temples and cemeteries, white police officers “racially profiling” blacks, and gangs of teenage boys bashing “openly-gay” men. But very seldom do I see, hear or read news about crimes and other misdeeds that have been perpetrated by “gays, lesbians and transsexuals”, even though a considerable number of those types are out there running amuck.

Why do you suppose that is the case? Why is it that when some man beats his girlfriend to death, such an incident almost always makes the local news, but when some “openly-gay” man beats his boyfriend to death (and that happens often), it almost never makes the local news?

The answer is quite clear, in my opinion -- and it is the left-wing-liberal-dominated news media are such close allies of the “gay, lesbian and transsexual community” they have essentially designated that “community” as a group of protected species. They are going way out of their way to suppress the “sins” of homosexuals because the objective is to color “gays, lesbians and transsexuals” as downtrodden victims of bigotry, bashing and “homophobia”.

Well, the truth is, homosexuals are not downtrodden victims at all. When it comes to the way they are treated in society, they are far better off than many other groups of people, especially blacks.

When it comes to discrimination, for instance, homosexuals are not affected by that kind of treatment nearly as often as blacks are. And that is largely because the majority of homosexuals are average-looking white males and white females who do not telegraph their sexual orientation, meaning that most homosexuals are “All-American types” who can walk in-and-out of just about any place in society they please with no questions asked.

On the other hand, however, the vast majority of blacks do not have that advantage. Whereas it is usually quite difficult for an anti-homosexual entity to single out its “prey”, it is almost always very easy for an anti-black entity to identify the ones that it is bent on discriminating against or bashing.

Also, it should not be overlooked that quite a number of homosexuals are white racists who hate blacks and other so-called minorities, and many are even members of such hate groups as the American NAZI Party, Aryan Nation and Skin Heads.

Although it is impossible to determine the number of homosexuals who fall under the aforementioned categories, in all likelihood, the number totals well into the thousands, or maybe even the millions, meaning that “gays, lesbians and transsexuals” account for a great many of the bigots and “haters” on the scene today.

And that is indisputable because even by many prominent and influential homosexuals’ own admission, “gays, lesbians and transsexuals” account for at least 10 percent of every part of U.S. society.

Therefore, due to the high probability that a considerable number of homosexuals are white racists who hate blacks and other so-called minority groups, those types should not be regarded as downtrodden victims of discrimination and homophobia. They should merely be seen for what they are which is white racists who are sexually attracted to members of their own gender.

Furthermore, homosexuals even discriminate against each other and on a regular basis. As examples, “conservative gay men” frequently segregate themselves from “flaming fairies” and “way-out drag queens”. A substantial number of lesbians do not ever allow men to enter “their world”. And the majority of white homosexuals are sexually attracted to only members of their own race and could never bring themselves to “get physical” with blacks.

So, the big questions are should homosexuals be the “protected species” they are and should they be regarded as a separate and distinct group of people (like blacks, for instance) who are being subjected to widespread discriminatory practices and unjust treatment?

A very good hub. It is easy to forget that groups that are often looked on as victems can also contain members who victemize others. No one should be above the law.

Another common-sense hub.

No, they shouldn't be regarded as a protected species. Their only rights should be the same human rights as everyone else has (which they already have in the USA.)

Their agenda is being compared to the formerly-needed civil rights movement. There's really no good comparison there at all.

Mr. Obama has publicly backed the agenda and even instigated it further.

The worst part of it that I see is that even in our schools, it's the supposedly-gay kids who are being used by that political agenda, used as main examples of victims of bullying, when in fact bullying happens to other kids too because someone hates them because they're fat or not so pretty or whatever.

Matter of fact, kids shouldn't even be the center of the issue of sex of any kind! By trying to legitimatize homosexuality, adults are confusing kids over and above the normal elementary and teenage stages of life.

The whole thing has become horrid. Adults who impose that kind of liberal thinking upon kids are doing everyone a disservice.

ruffridyer, thank you for your comment. And you are certainly right. Every one of us is a mere human being; thus, no one or no group is any "holier" or "less holy" than all of the others.

feenix Hub Author 12 months ago

Brenda, at one point in your comment you said, "... trying to legitimize homosexuality ... " Well, I am really drawn to that phrase because, in my opinion, homosexuals are out there pushing for such things as equal rights, same-sex marriage, and gays being permitted to openly serve in the military in attempts to legitimize an illegitimate way of life. Thank you very much for your thoughtful and insightful response to this hub.

You're welcome.

Obama's policies on that, and on abortion, and on other issues are why I don't approve of him. Yet I've been called racist numerous times. And I'm appalled at his attitude that homosexuality is a civil rights issue.

The military issue is very troubling. Federal power over States' rights, especially, as you said, imposing an illegitimate way of life. I think it's even illegal.

I wonder if we get a more conservative President if the damage can be undone. The liberal agenda has begun to roll like a snowball, getting bigger and badder.

I think Obama himself may be bi-sexual.

As,for equal rights. The law still doesn't recognize same sex couples when it comes to health plans, marrage etc.

Human rights are what should be recognized.

From what I understand some children are born with the genitles of both sexes and the parents are told what sex the child really is and these children grow up thinking they are one sex when they feel like they should be the other.

Then there is Cher's daughter who had a sex change operation as a result of the feeling that she should have been a man rather than a woman. Is,it their fault that they were born that way? I doubt it.

That, said they still have to live by the same rules as everyone else in a truely civil society.

feenix profile image

feenix Hub Author 12 months ago

Brenda, I, too, am appalled at the fact that Obama and other liberals have the attitude that homosexuality is a civil rights issue. Furthermore, nowhere is it state that one has the "right" to serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. Service in our nation's military is based on a selection process (that is why when the draft was in place it was called Selective Service). Thus, no "openly-gay" person, nor anyone else, has the "right to serve. They had to be qualified and so far as I am concerned, being homosexual causes one to be unfit to serve in the military.

And so far as the liberal agenda rolling like a snow ball, getting bigger and bigger, that is very true. And it could also be said that it is wrecklessly rushing forward like a run-away locomotive.

Thank you Feenix for your excellent Hub. What is taking place in America today is appaling.

The powers that be have really taken this one as their "baby." It's not as if the average person did not grow up with homosexuals and even had family members who had homosexual preferences, is just that today decorum and decency have flown out the window.

feenix profile image

feenix Hub Author 12 months ago

someonewhoknows, the word on the streets is Obama is "bi", or on the "down-low".

And as I stated in the hub, in so many words, homosexuals are not a separate and distinct group of people who should recieve special treatment.

Unfortunately, the term "special" can be interpeted in more than one way.

Hi Feenix. As I look throughout history, all the nations that grew and became successful eventually failed because they forgot to put God first, and, of course corruption (monetary, sexual, greed, etc.), leading to the absence of fairness. Whether it be ancient or biblical Egypt and Israel, Rome, Germany under Hitler and Russia - all failed.

America is having some severe problems and is on the brink of joining a long, wrong list of other nations in history. I mean, that which is wrong is now seen as right, and people that strive to do good are demeaned and discredited.

This segment of our society is certainly protected, at the expense of others. While they seek fairness and equality, it comes at the expense of the "decency," "decorum," and human rights of others.

You tackled a difficult subject well! Best wishes.

Dexter, very powerful comment -- very powerful. It certainly does appear that the U.S. is in a rapid state of decline and is following the examples of the ancient societies of Greece and Rome.

Well another awesome hub feenix. You have a way of exposing some very controversial subjects with clarity and poise. Dexter said it well, if we fail to learn from history we are doomed to repeat it.

I have long thought that these "Issues" the government gets involved in are really small parts of a bigger attempt to "Blind" the population to the insidious growth of our government and the (World Government).

feenix: This article is beautifully written thank you. It bothers me to know that preferential treatment is afforded anyone group of people over another. I notice you neglected the "Trans-gender" people though.

feenix profile image

Curiad, thank you for your generous and encouraging comment. And, unfortunately, at this point in time, it is apparent that the U.S. is in the process of "repeating history".

Dave, thank you very much for your comment. It gave me a big lift. And, yes, I did fail to mention "trans-gender" people, and also failed to mention the ones who are called "bi-sexual" and "bi-curious" and only The Lord knows what else.

In other words, those people have so many "tags" there are not enough spaces in the title section to list them all.

When people follow the laws of Satan in his own world, he protects and encourages them until he is finished using them. Then he will destroy them. He inflames these people so he can flaunt the sin in God's face. Everyone has the same Word, many refuse to submit to the Lord though and live lives of sinful agony and turmoil. It is very sad that the world encourages this behavior. We must remember there is always a spiritual battle going on behind the scenes.

Thanks for a thoughtful Hub feenix.

If someone commits a crime, whether they are white, black or gay they should do the time.

There is too much hate in the world and the media perpetuates it.

Great Hub and good comments.

The GLBT society is well funded, and politically powerful. In addition, they have a big presence in the entertainment world. They write in their GLBT friendly scenarios into most of the TV, and Movies.

I like to call it the emoergency room scenario.

When people start to work in the emergency room, they are shocked by the blood, and gore of the patients. They get repulsed by it, but continued exposure to it, has a normalizing effect on them. They no longer think that it is shocking, and they just live with it.

The more exposure that the GLBT scenarios get, the less shocking that it is to the non GLBT people. Add in the gay friendly plot where you root for them against the non GLBT world.

I grew up in Manhattan not too far from Tompkins Park, Long Island and now I am in Southern California so I can relate to some of your experience.

That was a long way from Harlem and going to a Catholic school, I really didn't get involved in racial problems. Living in an area the has diverse ethenicity was a little challenge.

This is the first of your hubs that I have read, Thumbs up, and useful

Thanks

Nice job!

When one cannot stand up for ones self, whether people or business, they organize, raise money, and buy protection from corrupt politicians. In his process the value of the individual is blurred and forgotten for it becomes about the organization at all costs.

If the individual were to be protected as intended, the power would lie with the individual and the organization would be powerless to attack the individual. But this scenario raises little funding for cash starved politicians.

Many Americans do not want this responsibility and this makes perfect prey for the powers that be..

Hello, Joe,

You are a very wise man. And similar to what you wrote, a lot of people, today, are pleading with the powers-that-be to round them up and place them under a dictatorship.
