Liberal Males Act Like Vitches

What did "Buckwheat" of the "Little Rascals" call female dogs and full-grown males who act like sniveling little punks?

He called them vitches.

Anyway, I have been knocked on my bottom and ripped off so many times I lost count more than four decades ago. Also, I have been knocked on my bottom and ripped off by the best of them, including vicious ghetto street thugs, cold-hearted drug lords, war-mongering U.S. Army generals, tough take-no-prisoners corporate executives, massive Fortune-500 corporations, brutal racist cops and hate-filled white supremacists.

And on those numerous occasions when those kinds of individuals and entities jumped me and beat me to the ground or robbed me in some way or the other, I did not cry, I did not complain, I did not cower in some corner, I did not run to the press or to the “authorities.” I always fought back and even though I was on the losing end, the ones who attacked me knew they had been in a fight. I might have ended up in a beaten heap on the floor but the ones who had beaten me down always walked away from the whole thing with bloodied noses, fat lips and eyes swollen shut, either figuratively or literally.

As an example, back in 1972 or 1973, when I was 26 or 27 years old and living in Los Angeles, I had a brand-new Corvette Stingray. Well, late one night (or very early one morning) I was driving through a “white neighborhood” when I got pulled over by not one, but two, LAPD squad cars with two cops in each of them.

I had not been drinking alcohol or using any other narcotic substances. I was simply going home from work. Anyway, the four cops made me get out of my car, shoved me over the hood, frisked me, searched the interior of the Corvette and gruffly asked me what was I doing in a “white neighborhood.”

In an irritated tone, I told the officers that I had just got off work and was on my way home, and right after I said that, one of them slapped me upside my head with an open hand and I quickly swung back; and it was on. In no time, I was single-handedly fighting four burly cops, giving as much as I was taking -- then everything went blank.

When I finally came to, I was lying on an operating table in the emergency room of Central Receiving Hospital, having the back of my head sewn up. And later on when I was being discharged, a very attractive young black female nurse smilingly said to me, “Wow, you are one tough guy. It took ten cops to bring you down. They had to call for back ups.”

To make a long story short, the case did not go anywhere. The LAPD swept the incident under the rug and I did not lodge a complaint, and the reason why I did not is, I am not a vitch.

Specifically, I did not cry, I did not complain, nor did I run to the NAACP or some civil-rights attorney -- and that was because I refused to cast myself as a “poor helpless victim,” or as some whiny little vitch. I am a real man who is always ready, willing and able to fight my own battles. I do not need government, “African-American leaders,” white-liberal lawyers or leftist representatives of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) to stand up for me or to come to my rescue.

In that same vein, I do not need the likes of Barack Obama, Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi to “create a job” for me. I do not need Bank of America, J.P. Morgan, A.I.G., “Wall Street” or billionaires to cut me a little slack and to “distribute” some of their wealth to me. And I am not going to idly point an accusing finger at CEO’s and other high-ranking corporate executives because they are paid very high salaries, receive huge bonuses and get flown around in sleek Lear Jets.

Because I am my own man, and not a vitch, I am going to survive and succeed in life no matter what. When government “fails to come through,” and when the big oil companies gouge us at the pumps, and when big corporations run “Enron scams” on the “people,” none of that is going to stop me from getting up early every morning and going out to “hustle” to stay alive and to advance.

That brings me to the final thing I have to say.

The truth is, the current economic situation in the U.S. is not nearly as critical as it is being made to appear. Numerous money-making opportunities are available and there are plenty of jobs that need to be filled.

However, the problem is, that reality is being covered up by all of the spineless, loudly-crying liberal males (including some of the contributors to HubPages) who are out there acting like vitches.
